This last weekend was my birthday. We went out to dinner and I got some cool gifts. Gift cards from Chicos and Nordstroms,
this yummy yarn from Australia,

and this camera.

I think this will also count as anniversary and maybe Christmas too.

Public Service Announcement

For those of you that have been in mourning over the closing of Tony's Pizza -- the one across from Walmart in Kennedale -- you can rejoice! They have re-opened! Yes, they're back! On the corner of Bowman Springs and Kennedale Parkway. Yummmmmmm....


We actually ordered a small, but they brought us this huge one by mistake. Looks like Sunday supper.

This and That

The last week has been busy. I got back from taking Toddler M home on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday evening Carrie got here to stay through the weekend. We did some shopping and she got to see some of the family while she was here. Doc20 and I went to Lubbock for the Tech game on Saturday -- back on Sunday. And today I have Toddler Bird over to play. Maybe the rest of this week will be a little calmer, however, the in-laws will be here for a brief visit on Friday.

especially if your trying to get both of them to look at you at the same time.

I did get them to sit still for a few minutes though!
