Supper Club

Last night was our December Supper Club.  I'm kind of glad it wasn't at my house this year.  It can be a lot of work to have your house all decorated and "Christmas ready" for a party.  But Sara's house looked very festive and her recent "home improvements" looked great.  (Can't wait to see it all done!)

We had a great meal and then our annual Christmas ornament Chinese style gift exchange.  Gifts were opened,

 

gifts were taken,

and gifts were worn.

 Stories were told...

and Sara's newest quilt was displayed and oohed and awed over.  She did a great job.

 Everyone had a great time...and we get to do it again next month!

Since Linz, Toddler M and the Husker are here for the Big 12 Championship game at Jerry World tomorrow night, we decided to drive to Tyer to visit with Toddler M's Great Grands.  We had a good lunch and visit and everyone slept (except for me - I was driving) most of the way home.
