Knitting

I have been doing some knitting recently. Some for Christmas gifts, some baby gifts and some for me.

Now I just have to wait for it to get cold enough to wear it. Maybe in Denver in a couple of weeks?

New Stuff and a Busy Couple of Weeks Ahead

Today, my friend gave me these to distribute to the appropriate Mom. I think they are super cute. Next week I'll try to get pictures of them both (kids and shirts) being worn by the appropriate child.


Tomorrow I will be keeping Toddler Bird, as usual. Tuesday, I have a lunch date and my Mom comes home from her month long trip to Australia. Wednesday, Linz and Toddler M will be here. I will get to keep Toddler M for over a week while his Mom and Dad go on vacation. We're going to have a blast!

Somewhere in there, we're going to try to fit in a photo shoot, a trip to Tyler, the zoo, the State Fair and a Tech football game.

Then, a shopping trip to Denver and home to rest. Lots of fun things are planned for the next couple of weeks. I'll try to have lots of photos of our adventures.

Traveling

So far this week, we have been to Lubbock for the Tech game (it was really HOT). We drove home Sunday night after the game and then left early Monday and flew to Denver for a visit with Linz, Husker and Baby M (make that Toddler M). Then we left Denver on Wednesday afternoon and flew to Portland to visit with CareBear. We did some shopping today and have a Hood River trip planned for tomorrow. Then a flight back home on Sunday.

While in Denver, Toddler M's Daddy finished a really cool step stool he was making. Toddler M loves to help Mom and Dad "cook" in the kitchen.

It remains to be seen, however, what other trouble he will be able to access...


This morning, breakfast in his highchair was not on his agenda.
